These days we are not given many opportunities to practice contentment, but if you look around you will see examples. One of my favorite examples is cows. Maybe that is the country girl in me coming out, but honestly, next time you take a ride in the country take notice of the cows. They neither stress nor strive; they are CONTENT to chew their cud in the pasture they are in. They know the farmer will take care of EVERY need they have.
