So glad you decided to join me on this walk! Word Walk uses the Word Study method to study the Bible. When I was a Substitute Teaching Leader at BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) in Auckland New Zealand, this was one of the methods of study introduced to leaders. It was a simple method and we liked it. Starting in March 2020 I have been studying the Bible using this method with my family. We did this across 3 continents and 4 generations and we have loved it! Three years later we still meet online once a week as a family to study God’s Word using this method. The study is reflective, could be done at one’s own pace and is very practical When I go on a walk, I like to pause and reflect now and then. If I see a rainbow painted across the sky, a rose bud about to open up or the side walk scattered with many patterned leaves- I breathe in the scene and ponder the majesty and power of God. I hope Word Walk will cause you to do just that. Each week, for the next 4 weeks, we will be studying one WORD from the Bible each week. Please set aside a time of day and a place to do the study.
