The Tirzah Team is Expanding!

We are so excited to announce we're expanding the Tirzah team! Do you have a passion for speaking the Truth and inspiring young women to live with intention and grace? Are you a writer, blogger or photographer? Then we need you. 

Writers

Do you have a gift of words and a heart for Christ? Then you're exactly the kind of person we're looking for! We want to fill this little corner of the online with world with daily content that is inspiring and encouraging to young women.

Stories of triumph and sorrow. Love stories and letters from the mission field. Tips on being a better student and flourishing on your college campus.

But, to tell these stories, we need your help - writers, bloggers, and storytellers.

To contribute, all you need to do is email a short pitch (100-200 words) of the article you'd like to write for us to submissions@tirzahmag.com. From there, you'll work with one of our editors to get your article submitted and published!

Please note that we have two kinds of positions open for writers: guest bloggers and contributors.

Guest bloggers are a one-time opportunity for those who don't want the big commitment, but still want to get their story out there. This is a great opportunity for other bloggers - we'd love to build a community around our writers and their blogs, so we'll do our best to drive traffic to your site!

Contributors are a more permanent position where you'll be put on our listserv of staff writers and each month you'll be assigned an article or two (depending on how many volunteers we have). You'll be able to pitch your own article ideas, as well as pick from an ongoing list of general topics.

Please mention in your email which position you're interested in (you can move up from guest blogger to contributor if you enjoy your guest blogging experience!).

Photographers

If you're a photographer or just a photography enthusiast, we'd love to share your work on our site!

Photographers: If you have a photography business, we'd love to share some of your photos! Although we can't compensate you at this time, we'll work with you to put your ad (whether it's for your blog or your photography business) on our sidebar and we'll always give credit (with links) to your site.

Photography interns: This one is for all of your photography lovers, we'd love to have you onboard to help us with our mission to empower a generation of Esthers for such a time as this. This would involve occasional assignments for photography with certain themes - to get an idea of what kind of photos we're looking for, feel free to look at some of our past photos for inspiration!

At this time we are not able to offer compensation to any of our contributors. We'll be accepting applications and pitches on a rolling basis, but it's on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get your applications in as soon as possible!
